The Service
This service is an email server only. No web access is provided. You will need to install an email client, such as Thunderbird, to manage your email.
You create and pay for a user account on this website. During the process, you also select an email address to use. The essential purpose of this service is to provide end-to-end encryption, including encryption at rest, so that only you can read your emails.
You should use PGP (see guides on this website) to send and receive emails that cannot be intercepted. To use the service securely, you must generate your own public/private key pair and upload or configure your public key in the account settings. This ensures that all emails, even those originally sent unencrypted, will be encrypted using your public key before being stored.
When you receive mail from senders who do not use encryption, this mail service will encrypt it using the PGP public key you provided, ensuring that even messages received unencrypted will be stored and subsequently handled in encrypted form.
Access to the Service
To use the service, you need an account, an email address, and a password, which you will receive during sign-up, as well as an email client installed on your device that supports GPG.
The cost of the service is €X per year. An account (email) can be used on any number of devices. Please make sure to store your account number and password in a safe place, as these are the only means of confirming your right to use the service and to request a refund.
We accept payment by credit card only. The service is activated as soon as payment is confirmed, and the subscription period begins immediately. These terms remain valid until the end of the purchased period.
Refund Policy / Complaints
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. The 14-day period begins when your payment is processed. If you wish to request a refund, please refer to our refund guide.

Encuro AB reserves the right to modify the service by updating software or changing features. We will make reasonable efforts to prevent interruptions and defects in the service and on our website.
Despite our best efforts, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of the service or any materials provided by the service or on this website. You are solely responsible for your use of the service.
Applicable Law and Venue
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Sweden. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with the terms shall be handled by the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the Swedish courts, with the Gothenburg District Court as the court of first instance.
